Zero customer service.And to the “owner comment,” the response for a delivery request was, “No, we’re too busy.” To which I politely asked the employee, if there is an alternative option, cancelation, etc.Never mentioned a fee, that regardless I would’ve paid (Regular D-dash customer and good tipper).After being taken off hold, another voice on the other end, I was faced with unnecessary short answered, rudeness that no one “wants to hear it.”Ive ordered at another location multiple times, and never experienced this.-Not sorry I feel this way."
