"From the moment I left, I was very happy. This little restaurant is a family treasure. It was my first visit and hopefully not my last one. Unfortunately, I'm not a resident of Milwaukee. It is clean and sanitary, which is a big problem for many small businesses, but not them, not with Blue Star. You could eat from the ground, but not. Lol Before I could open the door, the aroma filled the air. My mouth watered so much I could hardly order. When everything we ordered was fresh and the fact that we were behind two others, I was surprised how fast the food arrived. She had vegan and non- vegan options. Customer service (we met the cook) was from this world. I thought I was home in my grandmother's kitchen. The food had love and joy in every bite. The atmosphere is family-friendly and welcoming."
