"We decided to go with the buffet, and the woman then asked if we wanted to add a specific pizza to the selection. My sister requested ground beef and bacon, while I asked for California chicken. However, she informed us that specialty pizzas couldn't be added to the buffet, although we could pay extra for one. The only pizzas available for the buffet were limited to three toppings or fewer. I found it frustrating that while the California chicken pizza I requested has three components—sauce, chicken, and cheese—I was told I couldn’t order it. I even heard another customer successfully request a three-meat pizza for the buffet!
After that, my sister and I went to grab salads. The options were disappointing; there was no spinach, broccoli, or peas. Next, we moved on to the pizza. There were several pizzas with only one or two slices remaining on the trays. The slices I chose had cheese on the edges that had hardened from being under the heat lamps for too long. Just as we were about to leave, the woman finally brought out a cart full of pizzas and began placing them on the buffet. She apologized to a guy at the counter, saying she didn't realize there was so little pizza left.
At every other Pizza Plus I've visited, customers are able to get their own drinks, and we would be informed when a new pizza was added to the buffet. But here, that didn’t seem to be the case. I'm not sure what happened with the management here, but it certainly needs improvement!"
