"we have always enjoyed coming after cafe zupas. never this place, but others in 2 other states. we hoped for the best we have seen before, but the line took forever to get through. there weren't too many people before us, so I thought it was fast. I was wrong. I worked alone in the subway with busesen years ago and could get through the line much faster than we went through and they had at least 6 people we saw behind the counter. to deteriorate the dinge, they seemed all lawful as npcs without any kind of desire to be there in the load that do their job. only robot in motion. we just want to be treated well if we take off our family. we finally paid our food and we looked at my daughter's fruit cups and looked at the photo? is that fresh? do you see the piece uncooked speck in it? How did that happen? it is totally contaminated and inequality, and I would not let my daughter touch it. the lady sitting on a step-header behind the register saw it when I asked for a new one and said it was rough and assured me that they would bring out a new one. No, nothing. We spent $60 for our family of 4 and no one could bring us our cup? something is serious here and has worked open in and in the possession of restaurants 8 years, I am disgusting, have seen such events tonight in a restaurant that we usually enjoy. I don't work for free advice, but I give them a pretty decent amount of data here because I hope they improve for their use. I could say that the leadership did not do good work and that the morally was far below the mediocrity. change their lead or put them through strict team building training and they will change one night and day."
