"We had went to DQ just a few minutes ago in Byrdstown we waited in line for over 30 minutes. When we finally got our ice cream and it came out of the window completely melted and had no spoons to eat with. All of the employees just stood around for 15 minutes while we waited in the hot car. I don’t recommend ever coming here. I would rather take a longer trip to Livingston than to go down the road for it"

"There were only a few people in front of us and nobody in the Drive-Thru when we stopped. That said, the service was definitely speedy when we visited. Cheeseburger and hot dog we're fine. My wife said that her fish sandwich was very good. I thought the large hot fudge sundae was kind of small and should have had a little bit more hot fudge. (Generally, Dairy Queens give me more hot fudge than I need. The sundae size was probably the DQ standard, but I have had larger at another DQ."

"Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket, and when our food came I asked for dipping sauce and was informed she had to charge me for it because my basket had gravy. Not 1 other dairy queen in my almost 40 years of existence has charged extra for sauce. The basket comes with the gravy no matter what. The menu even states, “your choice of dipping sauce”. It doesn't say that it's sauce OR gravy. What's next, charging for a pack of ketchup??"

"Second time the drive through took forever. This time it took 19 minutes in the drive through for chicken tender kids meal and a rotisserie salad. 3 cars in the drive through and three cars parked outside. When we did get our food the kids meal chicken was barely warm. Unfortunate as my kids really love dairy queen. I don’t know that we will be back."

"Yooooooooo.... Who thought to add brownies and Oreos together.... And with ice cream???? Whoooo???? I freaking loooovvvveeedddd it! (I wish i could remember what it was called… ugh) Overall.... I'd recommend this place to others. We were treated well, and the wait was worth it. Side note: i loved the note on the window about Richard! That added a cute lil flare!!! Also....
