"The food was just ok. We have a group of six and we shared almost everything. For appetizers, we order the popcorn, bread and butter and the tempura vegetables. The popcorn is kind of odd, but the server told us that in advance. The other apps were great. For entrees we ordered were the gnocchi, the pork, the halibut and the hanger steak. The pork and hanger steak were really good. The halibut was a large portion, but we didn’t care for how it was prepared. The gnocchi was covered in a pesto, but it wasn’t saucy. That made it very dry, and it was like eating a dry, dough ball that lacked flavors. I doubt I would go back. There are tons of other great restaurants in east Nashville for the same price point with superior food."

"Beautiful hotel, great staff both at check in and restaurant. Stayed in a double Queen room with skyline view. Room was quite spacious and comfortable. The only minor complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable. Outside of that I would stay again and we are actually having lunch this week at the hotel restaurant, Harborwood. Also the rate was great for a hotel of this caliber. Would highly recommend."

"Food was delicious, great staff ! We ordered the Braised Pork Pizza, Tortelloni Brussel Sprouts. All were amazing! The pizza sprouts were slightly oily/greasy but we still ate it all. The dark chocolate hazelnut pizza was more of a crispy dough with dots of dark chocolate Gamache roasted hazelnuts. Which was unexpected, but still delicious. Everyone at the table agreed it was a must next time."

"where should I start? excellent service, the waiter was really friendly and made her feel like home. the room itself has a fun relaxed mood with a lot of personality. the food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. the big ones are for them. they were sooo creamy and perfectly spiced. "I recently stayed at the Nolitian Hotel and unfortunately my experience was extremely negative. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on the poor quality of service and accommodations.Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had booked and agreed upon was not available. This lack of organization and attention to detail was highly disappointing and set a negative tone for the rest of my stay.To make matters worse, the hotel had no hot water most of the time . This made showering and other basic hygiene needs incredibly difficult and uncomfortable. For a hotel claiming to be a 4-star establishment, this lack of basic amenities is unacceptable.Adding to my discomfort was the fact that the hotel was very dirty and not maintain at all . It was clear that housekeeping was not up to par, as there were visible stains on the sofa and other surfaces. This lack of cleanliness made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable during my stay.Finally, the service I received at the hotel was extremely poor. Staff members seemed indifferent to my concerns and requests, and I was left feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest.In conclusion, the Nolitian Hotel in Manhattan was a major disappointment and I would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of hot water, dirty accommodations, and poor service make this hotel a subpar choice for any traveler looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Dont go there!!!"

The potatoes were bomb though.When we asked to break a $50 bill, we counted the cash getting ready to leave a tip and the server walked over seeing us count our cash and said "I think I gave you change for a $40 not 50 "She was correct. This seemed shady as there is no such thing as a $40 bill.Would she have admitted she didn 't give us enough change if she didn 't see us counting it?Gave me a bad taste in my mouth to go with the half chicken.5* for vibe2* for food"

"We found a brunch place here. My partner looked at the menu and said it was a jump! Customer service was EXCELLENT at the entrance. The hostess was so warm and so welcoming. We sat right away. Everyone working there welcomed us with the greatest smile! I don't think I've ever seen a staff so pleasantly everywhere. The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. Now. Food INCREDIBLE. We both ordered a cat head chicken biscuit. I had many variations of cookies, but DIESER was so tasteful, buttery, thick and moist. It kept the largest chicken breast with the best seasoned bread and juicy meat EVER. The crispy potatoes as a side were lovely! I can't stand by the size of the portion. It was easy enough for two and both me and my partner were quickly defeated, but could NOT stop eating. Our sever Orlando was so warm, personal and the perfect compliment to our wonderful visit. He and the rest of the staff made this meal the absolute highlight of our trip to Nashville. We can't wait back!"

"Stayed at the Fairmont under the Staycation package which came with a comp upgrade to a king suite, free self parking, and $50 credit to the salon/spa. Nowhere on the site or in the emails prior to your arrival does it tell you where to go to self park. Tracy who checked me in deserves 5 stars, she was so kind, hospitable, and helpful. To start, the renovations look amazing. Very 1920s and the aesthetic is visually appealing and very Gatsby. Checked into our king suite and looks wise, it was very nice. But very clear that its still a dated hotel. The chain lock on our door was so rusty, I felt like I needed a tetanus shot after touching it. The marble bathroom is gorgeous. But the bed, oh man, that mattress, it felt and sounded like an air mattress. It was not at all soft. Woke up with aches. The couch in the living area smelled like putrid cheese so we didn't spend a lot of time sitting there. Most newer hotels have streaming (Netflix) options on the TV, but Fairmont doesn't, not even movie channels like Showtime or HBO. So we were left with only basic cable with commercials. We also drank at the Olympic bar, with suuuper pricey drinks. Service this night was sloooooooowwwww. We also went to the Penelope Beauty Bar--Sophia offered just me a water but did not once ask my sister if she wanted something to drink, before and after. I was also told during my massage to keep my mask on, but my sister was allowed to keep hers off. Very inconsistent. Fairmont is gorgeous and looks luxurious, but the service could use work. Only saving grace was Tracy."

"I Ordered the smoke salmon crepe and salmon strawberry salad. I loved the salad. The dressing gave it its extra flare. The strawberries were fresh , the salad 10/10. The crepe on the other than, I opened the box and it smelled like fireworks lol. Weird right? The salmon smell was overwhelming . Also, I expected it to have some type of creme but it didnt. It tasted dry. Also, the salmon was a little over cooked for my liking. I accidentally ordered thinking the establishment was the place in the woodlands sweet paris . My bad."

"Must say that for all the hype and raves about this place, I was so disappointed! We had just come from gourmet Mecca Berkeley and thought this would be a continuation. We had a reservation but still waited an hour to be served after being seated, with no bread offered as you would think might be with such a long wait. then my over priced pizza was totally burnt on the bottom and was only mediocre at most. My son and husband’s lamb hash was like deli ham...not great. The spaetzle my daughter had wasn’t very flavorful. I don’t mine paying for a great meal but this wasn’t even good! the waitress was very nice and removed the pizza cost after I pointed out that it was burnt.not her fault. A totally unsatisfying lunch. Not sure why the lines but you definitely did not rise to your reputation and not sure why you warrant any praise! maybe the holidays and the cooking staff was off. but definitely will not recommend."

"I had the lasagna bolognese and I had almond ricotta instead of the lemon ricotta because of my dairy allergy and I have to say this is awesome!!! I will definitely be back as they are so caring to allergies which is few and far between these days! Maddy is so sweet and attentive and is the best server I’ve encountered in awhile!!
