"Terrible place to go during lunch hours. Ordered well ahead of time online to receive my food before the lunch rush and spent more than an hour waiting for my food. Finally, when I went up to get a refund all of sudden my food was ready. Cashiers get bothered when asked over and over if our food is ready which is understandable but we get just as frustrated as we only have a couple minutes to eat lunch. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if we’re going to end up waiting the longest."
