"Came here on a weeknight with a reservation but probably didn't need one because it wasn't super busy. My friend I started with the pork belly which was really good. Super rich but melted in your mouth like butter. They didn't have a bourbon menu, our waitress said they were working on it, but she recommended a whiskey she liked which ended up being delicious. For our main course we both had the steak frites (comes with bone marrow . I had mine rare and my friend had it medium rare. I didn't see too much of a difference between the way it was cooked but it leaned more toward the rare side which I didn't mind. The steak was fantastic, cooked seasoned to perfection. The bone marrow was great, I dipped my fries in it. Over all we had a great experience. The food was great, the price wasn't crazy and the service was very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place and will come back. :"
