"Absolutely the best meal I've had in a long while. Demetris was a fantastic, very attentive waiter. He made our experience very pleasant and he just put the cherry on top of the fantastic meal. We shared the mini crab cakes which had loads of flaky crab. Very good. We had the salmon special which was seared salmon with a chipotle sauce and succotash made with corn, cauliflower, squash and white beans with a white sauce. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. For dessert we had their take on a banana split. 3 scoops of gelato, Carmelized bananas, pineapple, and chocolate and Carmel sauces. Delicious! Then the perfectly made cappuccinos. Thank you Eclipse Bistro for giving us a very satisfying night."
