The place was a little busy, but that's normal during the vacation. The staff was very friendly and with mask. There is also a plexiglas shield on all registers. "This place is convenient but I don 't know why I keep giving them my money. It keeps getting worse and worse. If there 's some great broccoli shortage why not remove it from the menu instead of selling me a chicken teriyaki bowl with one piece of broccoli? The bowl only filled a third of a small bowl. Normally I get the pick 2 soup and sandwiches but those have gotten more expensive and increasingly disappointing, so I tried something different. This cost $12 and I 'm still hungry."

"The manager was very generous to me and my family. We ordered vegetables soup on 4/7/22. However, when I arrived at our hotel with the food, it was onion soup. I didn't like. This morning (4/17) I went back to Panera and made my complaints. The manager gave us vegetables soup. Not only that, He went above and beyond. When I ordered breakfast wrap, pizza and drinks. He said it was on him. And gave us 3 chocolate cookies. Thank you, I think his name is Phillip for your generosity and kindness."

"Love Panera and the monthly subscription membership. I always order the Asiago bagel with cream cheese and an iced tea. Super delicious and makes me happy. Unfortunately, I hate knocking off a star but it is needed. The ladies bathroom needs more attention to it. It?s pretty dirty and disgusting. As soon as I walked in it, the bathroom garbage was piling over because it was so full. The large stall was the worst.....upon walking in it, i immediately noticed the blood on the toilet seat. And it wasn?t just a drop, it was a whole smearful of it. There is garbage all around it. Just gross. The smaller one is just sad looking. I informed the cashier right away and I saw she informed the manager ASAP. And saw them both go take care of it which is great and is why I did four stars instead of a lower review. But the bathroom needs to start being paid attention to more."

"There was several homeless people hanging out inside and outside of the restaurant, not even eating. One was laying down in the booth by the drink station, passed out with all his belongings everywhere. The workers were clearly tweaking/unstable and very unprofessional! "This place has the same food you would expect from a Panera, but they are SO SLOW. Very unreasonably slow. I understand workers may be in short supply, but no one here seems to care about getting orders out in a reasonable time. Expect to wait AT LEAST an hour to get your food here. It 's always that long a wait, and they don 't care. They will bump through grubhub orders so the computer reads them as ready just to keep their listed wait time low. "Very disappointed with my sandwich I ordered togo. I ordered a whole tuna salad sandwich. The amount of tuna salad was very small. Most bites could not taste any tuna, just a lot of bread and lettuce. Live too far away to return the order. My wife and I normally eat at Bread Co at least twice a week. "Panera Essen is always excellent and very fair. We all know that. What makes this particular panera one step over the other is the friendly staff with a fun setting. I'm in town business and that's my third visit to this Panera. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who took my order so that I could personally recognize her. She's a real advantage for the company. If a manager in this panera reads that she worked last night and tonight.
