"They did not have the rolls I ordered on-line well ahead for 'rapid pickup ' and I didn 't find out until driving 15 minutes out of my way and finding nothing on the shelf. Needing them for dinner, I was prepared to be a little upset, but the manager did his best to find an appropriate substitute while not charging for my order...all while being very friendly. This is the way it 's supposed to be done, but it 's rare to find such great customer service anymore. So, while I 'm disappointed I am happy to return. I have always been impressed with this Panera and it 's hometown feel."
