"We have eaten here at least four times and gotten carryout once, and it has been delicious every time , not a single bad dish. The owners and staff are very friendly, the restaurant is clean and comfortable, with regular customers often chatting and joking with the owners. We live about 25 minutes from the ares, but have gone there on purpose several times for just this restaurant, not just because we are in the area, and will continue to do so. Yummy. My last dish was a spicy eggplant, shrimp, and chicken, very good, while my husband raved about his kung pao chicken, which he has had many places, and my sons liking theirs and our choices, as we share dishes. Try this place!"

"I can?t believe how bad this place is! It was quite empty when we walked in but we were hungry and craving Thai so we stopped here. Ordered a vegetarian stir fry, panang curry, green curry and cod wrapped in banana leaf. Everything was so spicy and hit our throat though we consistently ordered a level 3. The green curry was not palatable and basically the taste was subpar. Also, came out to 18$ per person. Also, the service staff was quite rude. The only way you can get ?goodthaifood? in this place is if you connect to the WiFi because that?s the password for their WiFi. Would not recommend."

"I recently wound up coming here two days in a row. I was up in the area for a friend's show around the corner and we stopped in after to get some food. This is a fast casual place with a similar approach as Chipotle in terms of how you can order your food, but everything is homemade and the ingredients are higher quality. You can get a plate, sandwich (2 diff sizes), or salad. They also have things like meat pies and moussaka and daily specials in terms of the meats they serve. It was a bit later (maybe 9:30pm) by the time we got there. I ordered a salad with gyro meat. The salads were huge and they were very generous with the portions of meat they put in their meals. Because it was late, the meat was a bit dry and salty but the flavors were good. I loved the spices they put on the pita bread they throw it on the grill right before they give it to you which gives it a nice crispness on the edges. All the veggies in the salad were crisp and fresh and I loved the sauces they had on the side (tzatziki and the house aioli mount olympus were my choices). The reason I came back the next day was the DESSERT CASE. They had some serious and very unique desserts and I wanted to come back and try them out. This time I wound up getting a lamb shawarma salad, which was super moist and flavorful much better than the gyro meat. For dessert, my friend and I shared a cannoli cream puff, Greek candy bar, and a piece of the salted caramel baklava cheesecake. They were so good! I'm not normally a fusion enthusiast, but the salted caramel baklava cheesecake changed my heart this was one of the best desserts I've ever eaten. My friend's favorite dessert of the three was the Greek candy bar it had a few different layers with different textures and flavors and it was also a standout. They also had baklava ice cream that I haven't tried yet. Everyone who worked here was super friendly! I will definitely be back whenever I'm in North Hollywood for that cheesecake!"

"I tried again but both times I have ordered it has taken over a hour later than the delivered promised time and I'd had never been warm. When I have called they always tell me it's 10 minutes away even though it's usually an additional 20-30 minutes. I also have had attitude when called. I hate to have to do this but if only they would have been nice then I would not have been as upset."

"I just ordered from here the first time because i viewed the wings on the picture they have on the website, and wings are my favorite, I was super disappointed once I saw how they actually look and it’s completely different than the picture and the wings were burnt and tiny. "Great meal in a wonderfully comfortable location. The ambience was beautiful and the restaurant was quiet enough to speak and hear. It's hard to find restaurants where you can talk to others at the table. That was definitely the place to go. We drove from the north bank and when we arrived, we realized that others we knew about the suburbs were there. The food was wonderful. We'll be back for dinner."

"Went for the first time last night with a buddy of mine and had the cheeseburger deluxe which is served on a kaiser roll with onion rings or french fries. The burger overall was pretty good and was definitely filling. I would have like mine to be cooked more medium then medium and have a little more seasoning on the patty. It was late yesterday when we visited so the pizza had been sitting for a while. I plan on trying the pizza next time I visit."

"So today is Dec. 21st, and probably one of the busiest restaurant weekends of the year. I called Thai Nine around 10:45 a.m. to confirm our 5:30 p.m. reservation for our office Christmas party (a reservation that I made on October 31st. The young lady who answered couldn 't find the reservation and told me that she would have the mgr. call me when she got it (which would be ' ANY MINUTE. ' So of course, I anxiously await the call because, as I said before, today is going to be one of the busiest restaurant weekends for the year I 'm sure our office isn 't the only one wanting to take the employees out for dinner/party just before the holiday. About 45 minutes later, still no call, so I call back and ask for the mgr. I 'm told she 's in, but she 's too busy to speak with me. They were just opening up and had to prepare for lunch. Seriously... are you kidding me? I 'm told that I can leave my name and number, and she 'll call me back, to which I replied, I already did that. So in a panic, I get off the phone and start searching for an alternate place for us to enjoy a meal. I call the Melting Pot (great food there, BTW, explain my dilemma, and I 'm told that they could get our group of 22 in one of their party rooms if we can get there by 5pm. I tell them book us, and asked for an email confirmation which I was happily provided. Ok so maybe I should have called before the DAY OF our party to confirm, but I guess I expected more from a restaurant such as Thai Nine than the jilt I got. Might I add, I rec 'd a phone message from the mgr. while I was on the phone with the Melting Pot she couldn 't find our reservation, and there was no way they could accommodate us. No apology, no 'maybe we could seat you separately, ' or 'maybe if you came in earlier or later, ' nothing. Wow customer service was definitely lacking. My husband and I have been to Thai Nine on a handful of occasions, and always enjoyed the food, but I can promise, they will NEVER see our faces in that restaurant again. Complete FAIL on their part."

"I tried this restaurant out for lunch today. I'd never tried it before, but I absolutely 10/10 recommend it to anyone. I got the Veggie Sampler (which I got with falafel salad, spinach hummus, rice, coriander potatoes, roasted cauliflower, and a fresh fruit salad and the pita bread. The food was SO good and it was very fresh. The sampler contained more food than I could actually eat in one sitting too, making it definitely worth it. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. "Went here with my sister for dinner and everything was great! It was our first time and one of the staff walked us through how to order. The portions were a nice size. Everything was flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The pita bread was good fluffy. I gotthe chicken shawarma, mushrooms, pasta salad, and roasted cauliflower. My sister got the lamb kabob, spicy hummus, broccoli, andpasta salad. If you order meat, they cook it and bring it out to your table. The service was quick, and everything wasdelicious. It was hard to choose 3 sides cause everything looked good. Was around $40 for two."

"My family came here for my father's 80th birthday. We had a group of 13 and sat in the private room. This restaurant is very modern and beautiful both inside and outside. The food was delicious and could absorb various nutritional restrictions and selective children alike. I would definitely return and recommend this place for group meetings / special occasions."

"I ordered the Pad Thai $14.95), som tum salad $11.95), and tom kha ta-lay soup size small) $13.95) to-go. Everything was delicious although I'm not sure if the tom kha ta-lay soup was worth it given it's small size. For the price, I would opt for an entree instead. The pad Thai used rice noodles that were thinner than what I'm used to but it was still delicious with a satisfying chew. The shrimp it came with were nice and large. Overall, a satisfying pad Thai! The som tum or papaya salad was delicious as well. I ordered it medium spicy and it was the perfect spice level for me. The papaya is sliced thicker than what I'm used to but still delicious nonetheless. In addition to papaya, the salad also had julienned carrots, a few slices of raw cabbage, a mix of cherry and sliced heirloom tomatoes, peanuts, and a few lime wedges. The tom kha ta-lay soup was delicious with a mix of seafood fish, squid, scallop, shrimp, mussel) and mushrooms. I'm just sad that it's so pricey. I would definitely re-order all the dishes again!"

"dessert and coffee was good and we had a good service until a rude lady came. I've met my friend I haven't seen for a long time, and we've lost time, but we've asked if it's okay that it wasn't busy and the server said we're totally in order. this rude dame came to our table and mumbled in Turkish “fallar fallandi” then she continued “it is not a starbucks” and accused my friend with a Turkish mentality on a bad wise that is unacceptable and very rude. we ruined our nights. I am shocked that this kind of racist and rude lady can still work there."
