"After waiting about 45 minutes without a call, I decided to reach out again and ask for the manager. I was informed that she was in but too busy to talk since they were just opening and preparing for lunch. Seriously? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was given the option to leave my name and number again for a callback, but I pointed out that I had already done that. Feeling frustrated, I hung up and started searching for another restaurant where we could have our meal. I called The Melting Pot (great food there, by the way) and explained my situation. They were able to accommodate our group of 22 in one of their party rooms if we arrived by 5 p.m. I promptly booked the reservation...
