"I would definitely return here. I enjoyed a very tasty Kung Pao Chicken dish $8.99, dinner). I did not rate the visit a 5/5 because the server did not follow up and had to be summoned to bring our salads. Also, more time had passed, than I cared for, between each person at my table received their meal apparently, they serve as soon as each dish is ready versus holding in heat to serve an entire table at once). We probably would have tried the cheesecake or ice cream for dessert but the server didn 't remind us by up selling dessert. The atmosphere was a casual, quiet diner with TVs muted. The men 's restroom was clean and fresh. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with great food in need of more comparable food service."

"Sushi Neko is always a go to! Food is always delicious. Staff is always the sweetest. Our server, Joseph, was a total sweetheart even packed up my leftovers for me w/o hesitation. Great for a first date or reuniting w/ long time friends. Love some SN!"
"Qs atmosphere is fun. It?s kind of a cool place and has very good sushi. I like the rolls. The sushi chefs are very knowledgeable. They have a lot of good recommendations. I?ve tried the tuna, salmon, octopus, scallops, and a few other things. Cocktails are very good. I usually get a spicy margarita. They have really good beer on tap. And they have TV with sports games on. There?s also an outdoor seating area. I prefer the bar next to the sushi chefs? They are very attentive."

"Really good food.. the problem is the woman who leads the place is unpleasant. I also think she's uncomfortable with those who work with her. Every third time they get our order wrong, but if it's right?s excellent. It is also the most expensive Asian food in the city. One of my friends stopped going there, just because of the attitude of the woman who seems to lead the place. She once told me that she can't find people to work."

"Didn't know this place existed till this came up on a google search. It's located in the back of a building. Lots of seating space was available. Service was prompt and food came out quick, as one would expect for sushi. I wasn't too impressed with the appetizers but the sushi was good! They have plenty of sushi of options as well. Also wanted to try the ramen, but the broth wasn't as flavorful as I expected."

"This place was amazing! I tried sushi for the first time here and it was a great experience! The milk tea was wonderful and the wait staff are so helpful and kind! They noticed we enjoyed the Macral and offered to have some made in advance so we could have more if we desired it was so kind of them. 10/10 will return with friends and colleagues."

"My husband and I had a great first experience at this restaurant! We were excited to discover that they offer all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ, giving us a good reason to come back in the future. We originally came for sushi, and were pleased to find a variety of delicious options during happy hour. I especially enjoyed the deep fried oysters, which were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of breading, and came with a tasty dipping sauce. I also ordered the tamago (sweet egg sushi) and a tiger roll with mild spicy mayo, which added a creamy richness. The chef did a great job with the sauce. Our server, Ann, was wonderful and attentive. She recommended a tempura cheesecake that sounded delicious, but we were too full to try it. Parking was convenient with a large lot visible from University Parkway."

"We adore this place this is always a place where my boyfriend and I can sit down, enjoy great consistent food; and just recap about our day. The team is phenomenal in trying to ensure the quality of food stays fresh and high while cranking out tons of dine in and take out orders during busy hours. Our go to: House Poke Bowl Make Your Own Poke (Salmon, Spicy Tuna, White Rice, Cucumber, Mango, Crab Salad, Seaweed Salad and Ponzu Sauce)"

"I'm so happy we decided to stop by. I really enjoyed the shrimp tempura lunch special, which was served with salad and a bowl of rice. The portion size was surprisingly generous and incredibly tasty. We lucked out by arriving during lunch hours as the restaurant was packed afterwards. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly."

"After waiting about 45 minutes without a call, I decided to reach out again and ask for the manager. I was informed that she was in but too busy to talk since they were just opening and preparing for lunch. Seriously? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was given the option to leave my name and number again for a callback, but I pointed out that I had already done that. Feeling frustrated, I hung up and started searching for another restaurant where we could have our meal. I called The Melting Pot (great food there, by the way) and explained my situation. They were able to accommodate our group of 22 in one of their party rooms if we arrived by 5 p.m. I promptly booked the reservation and requested an email confirmation, which they happily provided. I realize now that I should have confirmed our reservation earlier than the day of the event, but I expected better service from a restaurant like Thai Nine. While I was on the phone with The Melting Pot, I received a message from the manager at Thai Nine stating that they couldn’t find our reservation and wouldn’t be able to accommodate us. There was no apology, no suggestion to seat us separately, or offer us a different time. It was quite disappointing. My husband and I have dined at Thai Nine several times and have always enjoyed the food, but I can confidently say that they will never see us again. They truly dropped the ball on customer service."

"kellnerin did not seem to know any items on the menu. she brought the half of the meal and it took one to get the rest. she's never on the table again. when they did, we asked for food to be wrapped and she did not return for one. we had to ask if the drinks are refilled several times, etc. only not the best service."

"We generally like this restaurant very much for sushi or Asian soup/noodle dishes. This time we had duck and a shrimp/ scallop skewer dishes from the menu. Neither were particularly good. Stick with sushi, hot pots, ramen or other soup/noodle dosages and you will have a very good meal. Deviate and you might be disappointed, as we were."

"Middling soups, forgettable skewers, and below average noodles. But none of this matters, because when it comes to quality sushi on a budget, Ichiban is the best game in town. Good sushi requires not just good quality fish, but consistent and well seasoned rice with the proper amount of salt, sugar, and rice vinegar. Far too many sushi restaurants get the fish right, and serve the fish on sad little rice pillows, cold, bland and dry.Contrast with Ichiban's fish (fresh and flavorful with an unprecedented variety, 3 kinds of roe for crying out loud) served on consistently moist, flavorful sushi rice served at that just warmer than room temperature state that makes for the perfect chew. And I mean every time I've been here more times than I can count and the sushi is always high fare. This combined with their extremely fair (dare I say bargain) prices on their half price sushi menu, and you have a knock out combination. So yes, skip the entrees, go ham on the sushi. Leave happy and without having to double check your wallet."

"The service we received from our server was excellent and very attentive. I would have given a 5-star rating, but the Clemson roll did not seem as fresh as it usually does. However, it was still good. Additionally, it would be appreciated if there was a wider variety of desserts available other than just cheesecakes."
