"Tried this out with my wife, aunt, cousin, and kids and it was pretty darn good. They are missing some staples from your traditional mexican joint but what we tried was good. The salsa they brought out was really good and the chips were fresh. We had the queso fundido for an app which was really good. Ive had a hard time finding this made with Chihuahua cheese instead of the oxaca cheese. My wife had the fish tacos which she wasn't a fan of, she mentioned they were very bland. My aunt and cousin had the fajitas which they loved. I had the burrito papa which was very good as well, tons of meat in there. Service was okay, the main thing i found annoying is that they brought out the appetizer with the dinner, so the table was packed. One more thing to mention they give ya this giant plate of cheese for the queso fundido but they only gave us 3 tortillas. Need a minimum of 6 for all that. Other than that, this was a pretty solid place! Thanks"

"If I could give them zero stars I certainly would. A cautionary tale don't go to Don Cuco restaurants. Last Saturday I was celebrating a birthday with a dozen people here. Food was mediocre at best, and the restaurant was hot and stuffy. I took off my favorite bracelets and put them on the seat next to me because they were bothering me in the heat. Twenty three bead bracelets collected from around the world. About 2 minutes later my friend got ill and was taken away by ambulance to Providence Medical Ctr. In all of the commotion I forgot my bracelets, but fully expected that when I left the hospital and headed back there they'd be waiting for me. After all what kind of a person steals someone's jewelry when their best friend was just taken away in an ambulance??? Manager took ZERO responsibility for them missing, even though no other guests were seated in that booth after us it was late at night I was in the furthest seat in the restaurant in the FAR BACK CORNER. No customers could have even seen these black bracelets on a black leatherette seat. NO WAY NO HOW. So clearly they were stolen by an employee. The manager was rude and uncaring, had zero empathy and never even asked how my friend was doing in the hospital. A total jerk. I wouldn't step foot in this place again and I'll see to it through social media that plenty of others follow suit."

"Good Mexican, huge portions. The thing that was most about Laredo's was the size of her parts. You were HUGE. I had the dinner sampler that had a beef taco, beef tostada, chicken burrito, chicken enchilada and Chile Relleno. I took half of it home. The mol sauce was very mild (I prefer a little more zip) and while the salsa was fresh, it was runny (I prefer it thicker). But the taste was good. The chips were very good and overall the meal was good."

"We come here often and the wait staff and food quality are excellent. They have some of the best frozen margaritas in town. Their chips and salsa are awesome. We've also tried salads, fajitas, tacos, tamales, and many other plates and been impressed each time. The staff are also always willing to speak to you in Spanish if you're looking to practice! Honestly a wonderful experience all around."

"At first this restaurant was not even open until 12 so that the “open available times before 12” on open table makes no sense and should not be available. Second. On the open table it was advertised as a din in, not “ sitting outside” Outside seats was the only option after the restaurant was called. We called the restaurant and they didn't primarily do Dine, and then they also did outside seats, but no tents, it was 27 outside. You think someone wanted to sit outside and eat. I don't think so. Long story short there is no communication between this restaurant and open table when it comes to description, seating and time. I love this app and it worked well with other restaurants, but with this, it was a great disappointment."

"Stumbled on this place after a trip to the Chatfield Botanic Garden, and was quietly impressed. Food was very good (had the Santa Fe burrito top shelf marg was good, service was very good (and friendly and we will definitely go back. The only criticism was the place was deathly quiet (no music playing? and kind of dark, so we almost felt like we were eating in a closed restaurant. Otherwise solid experience."
