"I am done with Dunkin' Donuts on Morse. I wanted to support a local business in my neighborhood, but I can't continue to support a business that consistently messes up my order, fails to complete my order, or gets my order wrong. I order the same thing every day, so it should not be difficult to make a coffee correctly, especially when they already know my order. There needs to be less talking and more focus on getting orders right. I hate to leave even one star because this was not even a one-star experience."
