"I am done with Dunkin' Donuts on Morse. I wanted to support a local business in my neighborhood, but I can't continue to support a business that consistently messes up my order, fails to complete my order, or gets my order wrong. I order the same thing every day, so it should not be difficult to make a coffee correctly, especially when they already know my order. There needs to be less talking and more focus on getting orders right. I hate to leave even one star because this was not even a one-star experience."

The workers are so friendly and the coffee is always bomb but their espresso machine has been broken for over a week : I know it?s not the workers fault but it would be nice if someone would come in to fix it cause I miss the lattes :

Clean and spacious! I only purchase donuts and or muffins during the morning hours. Donuts have been fresh all the time. I will NOT purchase the blueberry muffin again as they have a layer of sugar crystals on top of an already SWEET muffin. I cut themuffin top off to make it edible and even then it was still very sweet.
