"Good food and great environment, even when packed. I ordered a salad this time, I have ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries most times I go and love the BBQ'ed food. The portions are of great size and the food is extremely delicious. This time, however, I was a little disappointed by my salad. The portion and taste were still good, but the it seemed like it was rushed. The chicken I ordered on the salad was not cut up or in many places not cut all the way through. My wife's was the same way. I also only ordered the BBQ Ranch and they gave me one very small container of that and a small container of Blue Cheese. I ended up going back and getting some more but the problem is that I did not ask for Blue Cheese. Seemed like they were a little inundated with the busy ness and were not paying attention or were taking shortcuts. I still would go back."

"Me My wife came here for some Lunch and the girl that was taking our order was very... uninterested in what we were ordering. She spaced and asked us over and over again Wait... what did you say? . At least 3-4 times. She then got our entire order wrong and eventually had the kitchen remake our whole order again because she couldn 't respectfully do her job. We then talked to another lady, who I assumed was the manager, and she then remade our whole order and gave us some desserts for free for the mistake of the other girl. The guy who brought our food was very polite as well. All in all it 's a great place to eat and take the family just make sure to speak up if they get your order wrong and they have no problem firing it back up for yall."

"I haven’t been to R&R in a while and we decided to go for date night. I got the three meat and the wife got the salad. I was a little disappointed with the serving sizes and staff. When I went there before we would get larger portions and the brisket was always not chopped and a lot less fatty. I ask the guy taking my order and he said it was always chopped and there was no other option. If you look at the pics they are all no chopped. The Mac and Cheese was good but was cold but it must have been just the end of the night and they were not making anything new for the night. We had to grab some extra dressing for the salad and the staff just ignored me. The staff that was cleaning the floors was the only one to pay attention and help me out. The BBQ bottles looked like no one had cleaned them all day and the bathrooms looked like they were never taken care of. Maybe it was just the location but I don’t know if I will be going back again."

"We waited 35 minutes for cold food to be brought to our table, not to mention it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the whole day. On top of dissatisfaction with our food, the manager was a nightmare to deal with, didn’t apologize, didn’t ask how she could make our experience better, instead she laughed at my husband as she was giving our money back. We have been to R&R many times and have always been served great food and had a great experience. I will never go back to this location. And I hope the manager gets some serious customer service training because she needs it."

"I'm disappointed in my food especially when I paid to order the food, I left 15% tips since my friend recommended here and they seems have very good reviews on google 4.3/5, but on yelp only 3.5/5, that's almost a failed business. My problem is the fries I got is very dry and most likely are leftover , while I'm eating them I found out my friend's fries they ordered looks like white and soft, I realized the reason why it's so hard to eat my fries and I don't know if that's an accident for me to get that leftover fries or something else , also the food I ordered I forgot the name, I only ate less than half, it's very salty n don't like it at all I didn't get any service, i don't know why they charge tips"
