"Me My wife came here for some Lunch and the girl that was taking our order was very... uninterested in what we were ordering. She spaced and asked us over and over again Wait... what did you say? . At least 3-4 times. She then got our entire order wrong and eventually had the kitchen remake our whole order again because she couldn 't respectfully do her job. We then talked to another lady, who I assumed was the manager, and she then remade our whole order and gave us some desserts for free for the mistake of the other girl. I used to love R&R but they have gone so far downhill I don’t think I will eat there again. We ordered a rack of ribs and some chicken and Mac and cheese. Mac and cheese was dry. Ribs were very dry, only a few bites were moist with the ends being inedible. The chicken was ok.

There was a red hair in my ranch. Also I didn’t know they started charging extra for ranch. I ordered a 2 meat plate and half of my brisket was pure lard. They also gave us NO utensils, NO napkins… ? I used to love coming here but it’s gone down hill since they opened a couple years ago.

Unfortunately, my experience here was very upsetting.1. Paid $45 for two meals and one drink.2. Mac and cheese and hush puppies were inedible 100%. Mac was obviously sitting there for a very long time. Hush puppies as you can see are severely burnt.3. My girlfriend got a bone in her pork and just about chipped a tooth.4. Brisket had good flavor but was incredibly dry.5. My beer tasted really off and when I check the expiration… it was 2 months past due.Won’t go back to this one at least.
