"Horrible customer service, especially since it's advertised as a late night option. I just flew into Louisiana and hadn't had supper. The sign says “open until 2am Mon-Sat” but I was denied service by an employee who said he was on his break and still had 20 minutes left so he couldn't take my order."
"This place I declining quickly. The food is always subpar. The fries cold, the drinks are always watery and the carbonation of the soft drinks are off. The burgers were not good on my last 3 visits. Different ones each time. Chicken sandwiches were cold. This location used to be my favorite. Even when I asked why the fries were cold, the worker closed the window on me."
