"Delicious neopolitan pizza. You can tell the dough, sauce, and mozzarella cheese are fresh and high quality. I've had pizza in Naples, Italy...and this is the closest I've tasted to that in the US. Really good. The tomato sauce is what really hits it out of the park for me. Tastes like it's made with fresh tomatoes. The atmosphere is really nice here too and our server was very friendly. I just have to add in response to some other people's negative reviews of the pizza here...if you don't like this style of pizza, that's fine but just recognize that American pizza and Italian pizza are not the same. Don't come here expecting Domino's. ??‍"

I had auberginen parmigiana, it was good. it came with a side of pasta that was cold and saw and tasted like food business quality. the kalamari was outstanding! the tiramisu was fantastic. my man had the steak and it was perfectly cooked and it was good he had also the oreo cake that he sworn our waitress was the hilight she was absolutely one of the best .sweet informatiw I wish I could remember her name we sat on the back at the drink area and she had sandy blonde we ate about 5:30ish ... "Piccolos Toscana is wonderful. The staff greeted us quickly, delivered our appetizers and drinks in the bar and brought our dinner requests in a very reasonable time. The food was delicious. Who knew hummus and grilled avacodo could be so good? Even two in our group do not normally like avocado loved the grilled avocado appetizer. We all finished every bit of our entrees. They were just the right size, and too good to leave even a little bit. Piccolo Toscana always delivers a wonderful evening."

"This is the best Italian food you can find in South Florida! I was in Italy and the food is not better than here. We have ordered so many dishes here and each one of them is excellent. You really care about a high end. The parking lot is limited on the street, but the Valet is a nice option. Locals go from the beautiful neighborhoods nearby. Update: The last time we were, they tried to push us to turn the table. Some of our foods removed while we eat. Absolutely terrible service last time. 4 stars to lose because we usually get better service."

"it was my first time in this restaurant, on recommendation of my daughter during our dinner together. although I understand that there could be a waiting time to take a place, but after we have given our names and waited to be called (between 15 .20 min, as they said), we saw many empty tables that had to be cleaned only, but no one approached to get them ready. there was no big line by the way. we saw many customers walking, left their names then got tables before us. When I went to the young lady at the front, she seemed confused and hesitant, and I immediately realized that she forgot us. we have our table after 35 min. the ambiente and the atmosphere are really excellent, real Italian restaurant, lighting is ideal, but a thing didn't even agree with the atmosphere, it was the music. the wrong genre and very loud. when we tried to find out if this is necessary to have the music of this dance club and hard beats and at such a high volume, the answer was the decision of the manager, and no one can argue with it! by the way, the music was compared with the music played in another city in the gta on the same chain. but in place one it was really uncomfortable. eating was good, not dared as I expected, maybe because it was late! and the worth did not correspond to all the experience. I probably don't go back to this place."

"We have walked by this place so many times and, on a friends suggestion, who finally had dinner there. The ambiance was warm and comfortable and not overly trendy. The food was authentic and very delicious. We could all hear ourselves talk and we had some hearty laughs because of the easy going atmosphere. All 5 of us had nothing but praise and in a heartbeat we decided to have our next monthly dinner there. Thanks for a perfect evening! NYC could use a lot more restaurants like Rafele."

"Been coming here for many years, for parties, business and personal dinners, but this last visit was disappointing. Several food items arrived cold or overcooked. The waiter forgot to bring an item we ordered and it wasn't even acknowledged. For the prices paid, I don't believe the value warrants another visit. I will, however, note that the entire staff knew this was an anniversary celebration and that was a nice touch. Sorry to say I cannot recommend the Highlawn, at this time. It seems to have lost its luster as being one of the finest establishments in the area. Quality of food, service and overall value always outweigh location and ambience."

"I picked up takeout from this restaurant and just had the margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella. It’s the closest experience to Italy I've had here in the States! The flavor is fantastic!
