"I originally requested a high table but was seated at a regular table instead. When I made the reservation, I mentioned it was a special occasion - my birthday. However, the server never acknowledged this. The main issue arose when my daughter, who has allergies to onions and MSG, spoke with our server at length to ensure her meal would be safe. Despite this, she was served a hamburger with onions and fries. Uncomfortable with ordering something else, she ended up not eating. Though your restaurant advertises accommodating allergies, there was clearly a misstep. I appreciate that the hamburger was removed from the bill, but this experience was reminiscent of a similar incident at another location in Berlin, MA last year. It seems as though these mistakes go unnoticed. Regrettably, we will not be visiting another 110 Grill. Thank you."
