"Listen, we've been going to this Duke's location every other month or so for over two years. We used to LOVE it. The burgers were amazing, the sweet potato fries with the aioli were amazing, the crème brûlée was amazing, the elote loco was amazing. Over the past few months, every time we go back something is worse about the quality/ value.First, the crème brûlée was unavailable for weeks and when it came back it wasn't nearly as good. Then, the elote loco tasted like nothing. A couple weeks later, the proper burger wasn't cooked well as it always is, and the cheese on my friends proper burger wasn't melted at all. The last time we visited, about two weeks ago, every single one of these things happened again, with the addition that the portion of fries was a little over half of what it used to be. Mind you, fries are not included, they charge you extra. It was ridiculous. I also ordered the fish chips and it had about a handful of fries, whereas before it was a good portion (still expensive, but at least we got more). We used to love this place but who knows if we'll go back"
