"Listen, we've been going to this Duke's location every other month or so for over two years. We used to LOVE it. The burgers were amazing, the sweet potato fries with the aioli were amazing, the crème brûlée was amazing, the elote loco was amazing. Over the past few months, every time we go back something is worse about the quality/ value.First, the crème brûlée was unavailable for weeks and when it came back it wasn't nearly as good. Then, the elote loco tasted like nothing. A couple weeks later, the proper burger wasn't cooked well as it always is, and the cheese on my friends proper burger wasn't melted at all. The last time we visited, about two weeks ago, every single one of these thin...

Mediocre food mediocre service. In general, restaurants throughout the city let tables go for unoccupied and then chose to sit all the walkins at a bar. Communicated to the host that we would be done quick, yet he still refused to sit us at a table. Not accommodating or helpful.

Ive had great experiences at Duke's before but tonight my server, Carlos, really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The food is good and reasonably priced, especially a fan of their burgers and turkey burgers, and my boyfriend likes their English breakfast during brunch.

I recommend the WAGYU BEEF BURGER and the shareable size Fries as a side order. I had to ensure that I specified for the meat to be cooked well done. This location is walkable from the Metro stops. Happy Hour Monday Friday 12:00 7:00 pm. Only reason why it’s not a 5 star is because when my friend and I paid the server said they could only split in the check in half but not by item.

"incredibly disappointed! first we have this restaurant for a birthday dinner on other options based on their menu, but once we were there, the menu was not what they have on their website. specific entrees that drag us to aragosta were not at all in the menu. I know the website state menu items can change, they will react with the nationwide lack of products it is difficult to get deliveries, but seriously if their printed menus are up to date their online menu should also be because guess what? there is no printing involved! the height of the wee that was available, again, weeping on the online menu were not on the printed weeping list, mediocre was best still the brandup was extreme. Thirdly, the time we waited for our food was unacceptable and when it arrived, it was cooked cold. the cabernet sauce with the chateabriand tasted no different than a glass shop bought brown engraving the duck, ordered medium rare, but served almost medium-heavy cold. the filet mignon was boiled on request, but hardly warm the Bernaise sauce tasted just like the packed powder mixture that it received in food business. nothing special or unique. next missing the service. our server apologised for the time it needed to get our wein later our meal times, and said that one of their server had to leave unexpectedly due to disease, but there were other support so that our water should have been refilled several times, but we had to ask for fillings they would help supply food before it became cold. all dinge considered the price we paid over $200 was not worth what we have the over 4 star rating is unnoticed. because we were not the only two in our party, we decided not to express our disappointment complaint at that time."
