"I visited this restaurant for lunch on Friday, the 28th. I was wearing my work uniform - a blue shirt with my company's logo, tan cargos, and a ball cap. I am African American. The restaurant was fairly empty with a few other customers already seated. I paid for my food and waited for my order to be called. After a few minutes, I noticed an older Mexican man, who I assumed was the owner, glaring at me from behind the counter. I returned the glare, refusing to back down. After a minute of staring, he went into the back, presumably the kitchen. My order was ready shortly after and I left. I will not be returning to this restaurant as I felt unwelcome as an African American customer. I do not recommend dining here if you are also African American."
