"they served my son as a pickling meal to a burger who was raw. the Mexican food the rest of the family ordered was terrible, the drinking and the drones were dry as they hid 12 hours under a heat lamp, the other one under burned cheese. oh, and to overbid it, they had a few old man singing cover songs (not good,) so loud that they could not talk to the person that was overtaken by them. worst dinner experience ever! we don't go back! oh and has a fee for the payment with card calculated"

"Here's the deal, if you are going to post a time of 8pm for closing.... -Keep serving until 8pm. I arrived at 7:55 to order a plain latte and hot chocolate only to find the staff had already mopped floors, stowed chairs, cleaned out the espresso machine, and apparently had closed out the register as they complained when I attempted to pay with cash after already being denied the latte due to staff shutting down early. I paid with card, carried out one of the two drinks I had stopped to purchase, and will likely not pass on any recommendations to friends and family of this establishment. A note to the owner/s: If staff is in such a hurry to leave at the end of their shift post a 7:30pm closing time and give them 30 minutes to clean up uninterrupted. It was obvious to myself and the two people that attempted orders after me in the drive-through were not welcomed guests."

"In terms of fast food, Arby's seems to be one of the only functional places in Eagle River right now. With the exception of Panda Express, everyone else always, without fail, takes 30 mins or more to make one simple meal. At that point you might aswell eat at a real restaurant. Arby's usually has my food ready in 5 minutes. That alone gets a high review. Staff is prettyfine. Lobby is consistently open, which is a major plus. Only real complaint I have is that the tables are always really dirtyin the lobby. Other then that, this place is pretty excellent."
