"Decent food, I had a salmon and the cauliflower appetizer. Appetizer was good, salmon was a little burned on the corners but still good and the garlic sauce was great! I like that it comes with rice. Things that could be better, they had only asparagus and green beans as a veggie side (I don’t like neither), (Broccoli is usually a good side for salmon). Music was too loud in the restaurant area. Besides that, we had a great time, enjoyed the food and played some arcades after all."

It was very quiet when we first arrived, so they could play anything without a wait...The staff was so friendly and accommodating! "I can say my kids and I had a really good time. The atmosphere was live and the staff showed excellent customer service. But the food was terrible. Wings and fries came cold. Salmon was good, but I returned the meal because the rice was hard and the asparagus was boiled over. The manager was very attentive and helpful when I had to return my first order. I gave him another try and ordered a salad. How do you screw a salad? The meat was cold, but should be medium rare. The salad tasted like mint. I swear I'm not even exaggerated. I didn't return the food. The officer out there also ate a salad. I asked how his food I thought he had pommes). I'm not lying to you before I could say something about the food he said. I eat a salad, but the salad isn't right or something.? I hated wasting all the food. My children didn't want to take their food home either. "The games were fun, but the overall dining service was terrible! Waitress Issue: We had a reservation last night and when we got to our table the waitress approached the table looking absolutely annoyed. When she found out from us that we were going to have 14 people, she rolled her eyes at us. My friend tried breaking the ice by saying you look so excited and she looked directly at us and said Ha. No. . From that point it never got better. We were there for several hours and she only checked in with us 3 times. The kitchen was running VERY behind and she never told us until we had been waiting for an hour and we asked about it. The other tables had their server check in with them several times throughout the same time frame. With this long of wait you 'd expect the manager to come around to tables, but they never did either. Food Issues: Half of our food order took an hour to get out of the kitchen and the other half took almost 2 hours. When we finally got our food, it was cold and came out wrong. Some guests ordered the Chicken Nachos and it came with out chicken. The bar wasn 't quick either, but it was slightly (only slightly) faster. We ended up getting 3-4 rounds of drinks before we got any food. We had planned on getting our food by the 2nd round, but it took WAY too long. Bar: After dinner, went to play games and get a beer. The drink line took 30 minutes with only 2-3 people in front of us. When we got to the counter the server looked upset about having to work. This location needs to do MUCH better. The operations were mismanaged. Almost all employees looked like they hated their jobs and took it out on their customers."

"Went there on a Saturday night, and the dining area was pretty empty, 2 other tables, besides our table, and yet it took over 40 minutes to get our food. I ordered the Nacho Grande, and it just doesn't have a good flavor. I asked for some salsa to see if I could enhance the flavor, but they brought me a small dish with some Pico de Gallo (onions and tomatoes chopped), the chips were kind of stale as well. It was not a very good experience in the dining room. The play area was fun, plenty of games for all ages. I'm not sure if I would go back for the food."

"Worse place ever. Charged me with an alcohol drink and in return it becomes a lemonade with blue water.. the manager is not as responsible as he is. Never again , the thick manager shouldn't work here.. Im quite regular here, Thursday's they have amf specials for 5$.. and on other days it's 4.35$!? If it's same drink.. why different prices ???! Guy in dreadlocks was irresponsible to the fact that he tried to say its per menu item but I saw him pour one sweetener and one blue cacao bottle items in my cup while an AMF regularly requires 5 items . Wherever the portion is, it better tastes like alcohol. Lame!! And then threatens to call security because I stand up for myself.. yeah.. I didn't tip for sure."

"I’ve been going to D&Bs ever since I turned 21, for the drinking of course, and not this d&bs but many others. I was glad one came to Carlsbad. We stopped in here before eating dinner so we can grab some drinks- they have half of Thursday’s. All the d&bs are the same. The food is at most a 3, drinks have good deals and the games are always fun when you’re drunk. Cool place for adults and I guess kids too."

"We had a great time here on Valentine's Day! It was easy to get a reservation, the waiting staff was really nice and friendly, and the food was good. It was typical bar food, many options and it came all really fast and fresh. After dinner we had so much fun playing games, I was surprised how many price options there was for buying game tokens! Two of us played games for about 2 hours for less than $50. Great value for a really funny time!"

"We were seated upon arrival. We sat for over 20 minutes at the table. I got up and went over to the host to tell them we have not seen our server. 10 minutes later he came over and took our order. Asked him 2 times were our drinks were at. Took my last bite of food and our 2 waters and bottled root beer finally came out. He never checked to see if we needed anything. Other tables around us that he was serving seemed to get better service then we did. He brings the bill over and stands behind me seeing if I was putting a tip in. I asked for 2 boxes and never received them. Waited for 30 minutes, got up and walked over to the bar to get boxes. Meantime my son and friends were already playing games for his birthday. By the time I finally got the boxes myself my son was done playing games. Really wish I could take my tip back because this server didn't deserve a penny. This was my first time at this restaurant and it will be my last."
