"I went with four twelve-year-old boys for my sons. I planned their Slam Dunk Deal, which was advertised on their screens throughout the place and throughout the app. It was $30 for food and play card. When I arrived there, the boy said it ended last week. I asked why it was still advertised everywhere and he had no answer, so I asked if I could talk to a manager who could tell me. He just stared at me and said I don't know what to tell you except it ended last week. I'm not sure why nobody could explain it to me, but nobody seemed to have a lot of knowledge there. When I bought a ticket for the guys, I asked about the VR, they were advertising, because I wanted to know if it was something they could do together. He said they didn't have to do it alone. I said, okay, and moved on. Once we came in and looked around, we saw the VR. It was like a ride with 4 seats. They did everything together. We bought the tickets separately, but the lack of helpfulness was annoying. I experienced this with several employees while the children were playing. The food was pretty good and our server was really nice. The children had an explosion, but I was just exacerbated with the beginning of the experience. Literally in huge letters begin the guys head it said “Slam Dunk Deal” I just don't get the unwillingness to help me. I get that he could only help me so much if it actually ended, but not even looking for a manager when I asked one... Just an angry star. You need to work on your customer service at the reception."
