"severely substaffed, over 30 minutes to get a waitress to our table for the first time and over an hour to get all 5 of our commands, one of which came cold. the manager finished compose everything because we reserved a table especially for my sonny birthday and not even to the cake until we came home because the children were done to sit on a table. I think for a place where they spend on a playing card above before they even sit down, they should act like that. I would understand if it was packed, but most of the it was empty. our drinks must be refilled by the manager."

Sunday 14th birthday party, we had such a great experience with our family for our sons birthday. our waitress went over and started with drinks refills and our food came delicious and in a contemporary home. a manager even stopped at our table to ask us how a party goes. was such a nice touch to know that they really took care of how our experience was.

menu needs new items. even after covid was for too long. we often d b 2-4 monthly. also bring back the eating game or lower them more affordable family menu elements, so families with inflation can get a break and more often visit them need more game engineers bc impossible to help someone with a broken game. they also wear identification clothes thank you.
