"Four of us to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were able to put everything in a small room for ourselves (big for social distancing) They are always attentive to their needs of the males and not disappointed. The food was excellent as usual. We all ordered various sushi for appetizers and they always give generous entree portions. Going dog bags. I had brought a birthday cake and they took care of it generously, brought the serving, illuminated the candles and played an upbeat happy birthday song through the sound system. A great birthday dinner!"

"I am giving Mimi’s Cafe a 3 start because of the service level (at this location). Others have been a 4! The food is really good and tasty and the ambiance is very accommodating and pleasant. Sadly the service is not meeting the standards it should! In one of my visits I asked if the OJ was freshly squeezed and the waiter said yes. So I ordered one. I received a concentrated orange juice and was I asked him he said it was written “natural orange juice” in the box. No kidding! In other visits there were issues as well such as taking a loooong time to bring the order and no update from the server. Now, about the food again: it has always been great in my experience. The coffee, especially the cafe au lait, is great! I want to specifically talk about the beef liver meal. I love it that they have that in the menu. Very few restaurants serve beef liver. For people who, like me, have iron deficiency or anemia and love to go out to eat, it’s fabulous to open a menu and see that you can order beef liver and a side of spinach. I hope that they eventually give the service an improvement."

"The food at this restaurant was fantastic and there was plenty of it. I chose the grilled salmon with potatoes and gravy, as well as mixed vegetables. The meal also included several dinner rolls and appetizers. There were two soup options, both delicious, making it difficult to choose. The server kindly brought me a cup of the other soup to try. For dessert, I was pleasantly surprised to receive two pots of chocolate ice cream. Overall, the value of the meal was amazing."

"I had breakfast for the first visit. Absolutely delicious! Best waffle I've ever eaten. But everything was good, from coffee to eggs bacon to the best waffle, with fresh fruit on it and strawberry puree...Good coffee and excellent service. You also have wonderful baked goods. Stayed for dinner tonight. Wonderful flavors, great meals, great menu selection, good customer service and Miss Chris, the manager was very attentive to the guests, and their comments needs. These are all wonderful qualities for success and bring people back. I was impressed and will be back."

"I have no doubt that Jakers was an amazing high-end restaurant at some point. This is no longer the case. The amount of money we spent here was more than any other restaurant in East Idaho, and the food was the worst we ever tasted. My husband and I have heard amazing things about Jakers for years, so we decided to try. We expected the high price day, as well as amazing food. Only one of our anticipation has been fulfilled. For appetizers we got coconuts and they were delicious. I was shocked how big they were. There were only 4, but we were all right about that, given their size. If that was the only thing we got this night, this review would be much different. Next we got our soup and salad. My husband got the stopper salad and became of how tender it was. He said he could've got it out. I have the Clam-Chowder that was a premium page????, which means it was an extra $2.50. I was disappointed by how tiny the bowl was, and even more disappointed after tasting. It tasted like it came from a cafeteria. Not good. Next came the main course. My husband has the main rib that was amazing. You did a good job here. He also got the loaded pommes (an extra $2.50 fee... and they were underwhelmed to say the least. Hardly any cheese placed on a bell of acid cream over the frits. My almond-crusted chicken could have come from a diner. Nasty is the best word to describe it. It was served over rice, which made hardly any appearance. With how cheap rice is, I would have expected more than the 1/4 cup I was given. It was also watery. I have the loaded baked potato (still another premium page with a $2.50 charge. It was ok, but my husband gave me the sour cream from his pommes to not be so dry. The bright place of the evening was our server. I wish I had taken note of her name because she was very sweet, attentive and friendly. I appreciate the attention she gave us in the first part of our visit, and the freedom to eat and talk uninterruptedly when our food arrived. I'll leave this review to show me that. I'll take care of the good people of E. Idaho. Don't come here to your chic dinner. Go somewhere else. It's not worth the $100 bill. Mitchell 's or Smitty 's would have served a better meal."

"Rasa is a great halal Malaysian/Thai restaurant that I would recommend to anyone looking to try something new. We visited here on a Friday for lunch and it wasn’t too busy. We were seated and served very quickly. Everything inside the restaurant was clean and the service was very friendly. Our server recommended several dishes for us to try, which we ordered. For a starter, we had the satay chicken skewers. For the entrees, we ordered the rendang beef and mee hoon goreng noodle dish. Both tasted good but the rendang beef was our favourite. The quantities were large although the prices were a bit on the high end. I would definitely like to try some of the other items on the menu as well."

"Here in the restaurant. Test the Texas Horn based on the server recommendation. I don't even like sushi, but wow, that was AMAZING. All we tried was good. The rams and my ribs were both stupid. Can't wait to come back and try more from their menu. Such a great selection, and so much of it looks great"

"Me and my wife we’re looking for breakfast and we came to Mimi’s for the first time and we were not disappointed. Our server Kevin was attentive and he always refilled our coffee to the top. I had a salmon Benedict and my wife had the bacon Avocado omelette which were both delicious. I would recommend coming here for excellent quick service and great food."

"My husband and I have frequented this restaurant for about 4 years now and it is our favorite place! The only time we eat at any other Asian restaurant is when we don’t feel like driving to that side of town, but most of the time we are willing to go out of our way to go pick up some food from them. The staff is always friendly and nice. The owners are both so sweet and always smiling. We have never had a negative experience with the service or the food in the 4+ years we’ve been going to their restaurant. Definitely recommend them to everyone! Great place and great people!"

"I️ have been to other Mimi’s locations and gotta say they are consistent with their food and service across the board. Love the fact they serve bread and muffins before your meal except this time when I went at 9:30 the muffins I️ got were a bit cold and probably due to the fact they were closing at 10 but still. Overall waiter service was good and food was good as well. I️ would definitely go here again and try other things on the menu because they have a large selection. If you want fast gourmet food with a hint of French cuisine you should try I️t."
