"First Watch IS one of the best breakfast places in town! I’m not sure why, but I had gotten it in my head that First Watch was way overpriced for what they serve, because the restaurant feels so fancy and boujee, but even though the second part of that statement still stands, I was completely wrong about affordability! The feeling of a First Watch is kind of barn/ farmer chic. It’s almost industrial mixed with ranch house style, and it works very well. All the food is served on these beautifully painted ceramic plates, and they have different options from your average breakfast joint. Their food is quite good! I especially enjoy the breakfast burrito. They also have homemade juices that are super popular. I tried a fun coffee/ cinnamon drink there last visit and it topped off the whole meal. And I realized most of the dishes are only $12-13! Why in the world did I think it was so expensive? Maybe I just imagined it or they adjust their prices, but I kind of doubt the latter. First Watch is definitely a bustling place though! If you want to go, especially on the weekend I’d recommend going on their website to join the live waitlist. It’s really efficient, and then once you get to the restaurant they text you when a tables ready for you. Definitely the way to go!"
