"We arrived at 2 PM with a large group of 14, and they managed to accommodate us quickly. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially towards some of our guests who were visiting for the first time. The woman who took care of our table ensured that our experience was fantastic. If you've ever eaten at a First Watch, you know their dishes are generously portioned! Additionally, they seem to be able to serve only a minimal number of people despite being a high-end establishment. The crispy items I used to love are now consistently limp. Even when I ask for them to be crispy, they just can’t seem to get it right anymore. It's really disappointing. Ugh!

Let me start by understanding. they are very busy today. kellner jeremy top notch. as I said, I understand very busy today. but no excuse for kitchen staff, letting food go, as this see photos. worst experience I ever had at a first watch. eating is usually excellent. but be busy should never reduce food quality
