"This is an issue I've unfortunately had several times with First Watch. They will hide an overcooked pancake under a better looking one. This time I ordered delivery and when I called to complain the manager never even called back. Another time in the restaurant it took three tries- a completely burned pancake, sent it back and got a gooey undercooked one, then finally ok on the third try. I gave two stars because when it's good, it's good. But consistency is not a guarantee here. Same went for the potatoes. Some days good, some days horribly undercooked."
