"We were there for breakfast at around 9 am and they open at 8 am.The diner was empty when we arrived. We ordered at the counter and then sat at whatever table we wanted. The food did not take long to arrive. While we ate people came in to order food and pick up food that was probably pre-ordered. It was a nice clean place and the ladies running the eatery were very polite. The food was very good, I definitely will go back. Next time I will get a platter instead of a sandwich.Parking: There is a parking lot next to the diner. DO NOT PARK THERE! That is paid private parking not related to the diner. There are not many spots that are free in the area surrounding the diner. There is mainly metered street parking."

"Joy Luck Restaurant has three dining rooms, and all of them were empty when my friend and I stopped in for dinner. The rooms may be a bit dated, but they exude an old-school charm."
