"I came here for Mother’s Day 5/14/23. The service could not have been worse. My brother coincidentally made a reservation as well, so I asked to sit with him to save space as they were definitely overbooked. Doing that was an ordeal as the waiter then didn’t want to do separate checks, which they did after getting the manager.Then we waited 2 and a half hours for dinner. There was no explanation other than “it’s busy”. After that horrible service, tip was AUTOMATICALLY included because it was a holiday. And when talking to the “owner” (because at that point, the manager couldn’t handle that EVERY customer in the building was upset), actually said “we put the tip on because otherwise, they might not get tipped today.” So I explained how illegal that was and the tip was removed.After all of that, my reservation was cancelled on OpenTable so that I couldn’t leave a review."

"Nice atmosphere/decor and very good server. Delicious butter soaked bread on the table and huge menu. Some things are kinda pricey but there are reasonable choices too. Didn 't do 5 stars since our Po Boy crab sandwiches were largely bread and very little crab/filling. Several of us got them and all spoke about our bread sandwiches on the way home. I would go again however and order something else. Service: Dine in"

"I visited this restaurant for the first time last night, and I was impressed! They have karaoke and a happy hour until 7 PM, but unfortunately, I missed it – which means I’ll need to come back. I ordered the catfish and a lemon drop, and both were fantastic. The fish was cooked to perfection, and as someone who doesn’t usually eat fish, I can say that well-prepared catfish really stands out to me. The staff were friendly, and I especially loved the large wall screen featuring fish swimming in the background; it made me feel like I was on a lovely crab boat. I've attached a photo of a meal my friend ordered to give you an idea of how delicious the food is!"

"This is the most amazing seafood place. I had never been to one of the locations and had no idea I was missing out! We had three people and selected a Summer Feast special, which feeds 3-5 people. There was more than enough, and the food was delicious! Different sauces and spice levels. The restaurant is spacious, and it doesn't feel like you're on top of another table. Would recommend to anyone who love seafood!!!"

"This was the worst experience I have ever had. I payed $40 for a Uber eats pick up and went to sit down to eat. I was YELLED at by JEN the nasty Chinese supervisor and was told I must leave. I stated as a consumer I felt that was a bit uncalled for after I just payed for my food but no probable n and started packing my food, she continues to be argumentative and said “ take it with Uber” and then her sarcastic male employee who refused to give his name yelled at me “maybe if you take care of the server will serve you”… I got so frustrated with the unnecessary disrespect upon walking in by myself. I felt harassed, discriminated and defended. I will be involving my lawyer to file a discriminatory lawsuit. I hope anyone visiting avoid this restaurant, the food was okay but not worth the disrespect from the enter team who is frustrated with the food industry and company’s like Uber who avoid them from having people sit down at the restaurant to get a tip… if I could I would just refund the money and leave and eat elsewhere. This complaint will be illustrated everywhere including Better Business Bureau ."

"I tried to call to set up a reservation and was told I had to do it online. Wanted to reserve for when we got there (only took us 30 mins to get there). The lady told us she couldn't do a reservation because her system was loading. We got there and there was 1 other table with people at it. What? She couldn't write our names on a paper and have a table for 2 ready in an empty restaurant? 2 other tables came in the course of our stay all sat right beside us. One set of people smelled so heavy of pot it was disgusting. Then we had 2 flies literally landing on us and our food the whole meal and our server did not comment. The employees all hung out at the bar. We were seated right across from the bar, we saw them the whole time. No manager came to ask if everything was ok, as normal. Our server spoke so low that we had to keep asking her to repeat what she said. We spent about $90+ on a meal with so much petty annoyance, it was pathetic. We go there to eat about once a month but we will probably start going to Tallahassee, we can eat at red lobster cheaper and they can spell on paper if the computer is down for a reservation in an EMPTY restaurant. We get date night once a month and spent it being treated like this. It was rather annoying."

"The waitress that were on shift that evening were not attentive. Shortly after about 15 minutes the hostess moved us to another seating area. Due to the waiter not taking any more customers. We were moved to another seating area. The waitress in that section did not acknowledge us nor did she care to ask us if we needed service. She bluntly just walked pass us and not even looked towards us. The waitress Maleeka came from another section just to help us with our order drinks and food. Five stars for Maleeka at The King Claw- Columbus Ga location. She really came provide great quality customer services. The other two need more training on how to handle customers. Thank kindly."

"First time visiting this location on Mothers Day weekend and I left very satisfied!Davi was our wonderful waitress, she was so very sweet, knowledgeable of the menu, and greatly attentive. I appreciate the amount of seamless effort while building rapport, I feel like we’re friends now.I did not get the chance to snap a photo of our dishes, we were ready to dive in!We started off with popcorn shrimp and boom boom sauce, which arrived very quickly. It was fresh, and so yummy!
