"The waitress that were on shift that evening were not attentive. Shortly after about 15 minutes the hostess moved us to another seating area. Due to the waiter not taking any more customers. We were moved to another seating area. The waitress in that section did not acknowledge us nor did she care to ask us if we needed service. She bluntly just walked pass us and not even looked towards us. The waitress Maleeka came from another section just to help us with our order drinks and food. Five stars for Maleeka at The King Claw- Columbus Ga location. She really came provide great quality customer services. The other two need more training on how to handle customers. Thank kindly."

the seafood cook package was excellent. service excellent and, for the amount of food, the price was also excellent.

the food was very dirty and had no taste, they had not had the claw cracker dinge that we did not know when we ordered, no one told us, so I am not sure how they expected we had the crabs without eating them.
