"Wow, this place has gone downhill since the last time we were here, about a year ago...We ordered a family meal with chicken, ribs, 4 sides, and 4 drinks. The price came to just over $100 FOR FAST FOOD.!??The food used to have much more flavor. We used to CRAVE their menu items!!This visit though, the chicken was super bland and looked under cooked. The mashed potatoes barely had gravy, which is what has the flavor. The rice was dry and surprise surprise also flavorless. The baked beans over powered the entire plate. The mac and cheese is the only side we loved. This mac and cheese is actually REALLY good, definitely a must try!! You only get 4 tortillas with the meal, and ours were cold. The service was just as bad. The employees like to look at people. Caught them looking over at us a few times, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The ambiance was not at all welcoming! They had a young short girl with a sad/upset looking face at the register and no customer service skills. They also had this very pregnant lady cleaning and waitressing, which made us feel uncomfortable for her. We never saw any of the employees smile, not once! Also, if you're looking for trash bins at the end of your meal, it's a small white trash can behind the register.I hope they get their sh*t together because we actually really do Love the food here but only when done right! I'll give them another chance but not anytime soon because we're traumatized after this visit! No Bueno!!"

"I tried calling to make a reservation, but was told I needed to do it online. I wanted to reserve a table for when we arrived, which was only 30 minutes away. The person I spoke with told me she couldn’t take our reservation because her system was still loading. When we arrived, there was only one other table occupied. Seriously? She couldn't just jot down our names and prepare a table for two in an otherwise empty restaurant? During our time there, two more tables came in and were seated right next to us. One group had such a strong smell of marijuana that it was off-putting. Additionally, we had two flies buzzing around us and landing on our food throughout the meal, and our server didn’t acknowledge it at all. The staff mainly congregated at the bar, which was directly across from our table, so we could see them the entire time. No manager came by to check on us, which is typically standard practice. Our server spoke so softly that we had to keep asking her to repeat herself. We ended up spending over $90 on a meal filled with little frustrations—it was quite disappointing. We usually visit this place once a month, but I think we'll start going to Tallahassee instead. We could dine at Red Lobster for less, and they can manage simple reservations even if the computer is down in an empty restaurant. This dinner was supposed to be our date night for the month, but instead, it became a rather frustrating experience."
