"My wife and I live locally in the neighborhood and have been excited about Essex Market (where Essex Pearl is for years now! When walking down the main staircase this restaurant takes up your whole view and seems as if it is 80% of the entire Market! We stopped by on opening night and had the oysters because the kitchen was opening the following weekend. My wife and I are not very food savvy, but Essex Pearl took care of that with detailed information, tasting recommendations, first class service, and of course most importantly DELICIOUS FOOD. We went back the following week on date night and tried the main kitchen and were extremely impressed. The Front House Manager Nicole was awesome and gave us an amazing wine choice, recommended plates (Shrimp Fritters and Hamachi Appetizer are AMAZING! , and again the full service was AWESOME.
