"I have met revolutionary wines for the first time since Covid-19 in the fairytale. my last experience eating in the revolution was in the restaurant during the sacramento vegan chef challenge last year, and it was a really positive experience. tonight, my partner and I shared the vegan taquitos, buffalo cauliflower, and ziti bolognese, who was easy to order online, and picking was very straight forward and the person who worked there was very friendly. I was quite disappointed when I opened the box of tacquitos and saw that there were only two small ones. not worth it, even if they were delicious. the buffalo cauliflower was however abundant (and $9 felt like a good price.) the brot was tasteful, they were beautiful and crispy, and the sosse was brownish. it reminded me more of a senfbase grill sauce than a buffalo sauce, and there was not enough of it for the whole roasted cauliflower. the ziti bolognese was really good (that was $18.) I loved that it also came with a bit walnuss pesto that made the court more interesting. overall everything was quite delicious, though too expensive. I would be more willing to pay this price if I would buy as I would get the ambiente of the restaurant (that is beautiful) as well, and would be able to throw off the tiny ten dollar taquitos if I had to be in a beautiful space. but I can wait until it's safe to dip before I check them out again."
