"During my second visit, they forgot my son's food entirely. They came over and asked, "What do you need?" which prompted us to remind them that his meal was missing. We had ordered it first because he was hungry.
Now, on my third visit, I ordered a Veggie Burger again, and to my dismay, I found foil on it—probably from cleaning the grill. Overall, I’ve had three disappointing visits, so I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. The staff is always very nice, but we need to find another restaurant since my son is a big fan of a place that just hasn’t hit the mark for us—three strikes definitely isn't a good record."
