"I went to this place with my three grandchildren. I said it was 20-30 minutes waiting. The young lady took our name party size and I sat less than 10 feet from her in a waiting area. I watched patiently when they emptied the whole area, even others who came after us, but then they began to sit parties that clearly entered the restaurant after us. When she asked, she said that the party was smaller, which was not true. When the manager came forward, she came weapons that stayed, we missed our notification, which I also said it was true because we never gave our number and I showed her my phone. Then she pushed her phone in my face and said we had done it. I told her it didn't make sense, and they didn't do it, and regardless of the fact that we were sitting there, she could have just approached us. At this point, she cried in my face that we missed the notification and she'll kick us out. I left three hungry and weeping children under 6 years. No one deserves to be treated as we were and if this is the manager of customer service and support in this place is sure to never make that I or one of my family or friend ever visit one of the Red Robin companies ever again. Nobody deserves to be treated like that."
