"This experience occurred a few months ago, but after I was told by my friends and my family, I write an evaluation of my experience. My family and I always went to this Red Robin and enjoyed our time there. Since Covid passed, this place has been downhill. I showed up with my wife and three young children. When we went to the hostess, we looked at each other and looked back on their phone behind the kiosk. I approached her and asked for a table for five and asked for a stand because one of my children is disabled and cannot sit alone. The hostess was very rude and discouraged about my request and told me that she was unable to accommodate us because there was no booths available when half the restaurant was unoccupied. After that our waitress seemed unhappy that she had to be there, the pommes were overboiled and burned and the burgers were at best moderate. Their prices have increased while the quality and quantity of food has decreased. We tried another time to go and received the same treatment, degrunted staff, bad customer service and lack of Luster food. We have decided that we will not return. I am not looking for a voucher or free meal, I just think that other people want this place to be made aware and it is bad quality."
