"I went to this place with my three grandchildren. I said it was 20-30 minutes waiting. The young lady took our name party size and I sat less than 10 feet from her in a waiting area. I watched patiently when they emptied the whole area, even others who came after us, but then they began to sit parties that clearly entered the restaurant after us. When she asked, she said that the party was smaller, which was not true. When the manager came forward, she came weapons that stayed, we missed our notification, which I also said it was true because we never gave our number and I showed her my phone. Another great meal. Beautiful burgers and very pleasant waiting staff. It was a Monday and the place was empty, but we had to wait 40 minutes to sit due to the lack of personnel. I bet they complain often.

I had the best experience at Red Robin. They gave me a free meal for my birthday. I ordered a Turkey burger and fries. It was the absolute BEST turkey burger that I've ever had in my life. I didn't even no that they sold turkey burgers, let alone the fact that it was gonna be that GOOD!!! I don't eat beef or pork so finding a restaurant that sells a turkey burger is great for me.The manager Scott was so gracious and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend checking Red Robin out and trying the turkey burger. Every time I think I want a turkey burger and I don't want to make it at home...Red Robin is where I'm going to get it!!!
