"I went to this place with my three grandchildren. I said it was 20-30 minutes waiting. The young lady took our name party size and I sat less than 10 feet from her in a waiting area. My friend had a salad and we found a dead fly with missing legs and a missing wing. it was buried under the salad, which is disgusting and I have completely lost my appetite and will never eat here again.

Another great meal. Beautiful burgers and very pleasant waiting staff. It was a Monday and the place was empty, but we had to wait 40 minutes to sit due to the lack of personnel. I bet they complain often.

I had the best experience at Red Robin. They gave me a free meal for my birthday. I ordered a Turkey burger and fries. It was the absolute BEST turkey burger that I've ever had in my life. I didn't even no that they sold turkey burgers, let alone the fact that it was gonna be that GOOD!!! I don't eat beef or pork so finding a restaurant that sells a turkey burger is great for me.The manager Scott was so gracious and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend checking Red Robin out and trying the turkey burger. Every time I think I want a turkey burger and I don't want to make it at home...Red Robin is where I'm going to get it!!!
