"Red Robin's is very nice although I wasn't much here (I was just in twice) they offer great food, they have a variety of burgers and other meals like steak and buffalo wings. The burgers have the opportunity to prefer gluten free rolls and allergic, which is really nice because the rolls taste like regular rolls. It is a relief to be able to eat bread again with burgers and Red Robins makes this perfect. If you come on a weekend, it is usually packed and the waiting time is not more than 30 minutes for the time I was there. The interior is also very nice with good seating, TVs and fun art pieces. Anyway, it's nice to go here and eat at the weekend."

"the server we had was nice, but that was terrible. I had the scorpion pfeffer burger but I didn't want to tweak, but from any reason the scorpion pfeffersoße was mixed with the wobbles. I guess it couldn't be separated as the server said because it didn't come. the whole food was lukewarm/cold and the brownie with ice, the brownie was rock hard. If I had no birthday reward, I wouldn't have gone. Now I remember why I'm not going here."

"The strawberry virgin daiquiri was awful. It did not taste any strawberries and it was very bitter. The fries were good with extra salt and pepper and the burger was good as well I forgot what the burger was called but Ik it had bacon on it and something sweet/spicy. I added mushrooms to the burger and they were so salty. The cheese sticks taste weird though when I took them home seasoned them and popped them in the air fryer it taste better. The waitress could’ve been better with checking on us. She kept walking by and when I tried to get her attention she continue to ignore me and didn’t ask us for a refill until I asked for my to go box. My boyfriend didn’t like his drinks(alcohol) they were bland and all you could taste was soda in both of them. He ordered different ones. He liked his burger as well(we had the same) but he had onion rings. He liked his cheese sticks also but dreaded the boneless chicken and potato chips. His potato chips were burnt as hell and the bbq sauce on the chicken was disgusting. Wish I would’ve took a picture of his food. Haven’t been here in years and I don’t think I’ll be back in a while."

"Gian Rendon was the best server I 've ever had at any restaurant in my entire life! I dropped a 'French ' fry and was devastated. Gian quickly jumped down to the ground, covert mode, and retrieved the fry before it hit the ground. Fed it directly into my mouth. Outstanding customer service. I was also in dire need of sauce. Gian recommended the 'Campfire Sauce '. Gian poured it directly into my large 'Doctor Pepper '; I fell in love. The combination of sweet and sour, combined with the liquid BBQ sauce 'Doctor Pepper ' was mid boggling. My cousin died the day I went to Red Robins. I told Gian about my cousins untimely death, and Gian quickly, without hesitation, embraced me in the most comfortable hug I have received during my time on planet 'Earth '. My cousin would be proud. He really would. Gian offered me bonus fries to console me with my grief. Those fries took me away from the sorrow. 10/10 would come back again. Thank you for your service, Mr. Rendon."

"Well... we called in our order.. ordered extra campfire sauce.. extra fries.. and custom ordered burger. The nice girl came out and read the order back to us and was correct. Arriving home. Nothing.. absolutely nothing was correct.. I had 15 fries... no extra.. she had 10! No fries.. no campfire sauce and both hamburgers were cold.. it was a 5 min drive home. I guess for fast food this is what red Robin interprets as good food . It was a complete disappointment on every level. Avoiding this place after a long work week will save you the absolute frustration of a very very disappointing meal. Shame on you. "I love this Red Robin. My mom is 70 and has Alzheimer's disease. She's in the early stages, but has a hard time getting her words out, so I always order for her, but I also have to try to let her speak for herself, because it's important for her to do so. Anyway, my point in writing this is because she and I go to this location about 2-3 times a month. We always somehow get lucky enough to have Amanda as our server. Amanda is awesome. She knows our orders by heart, which I personally appreciate, because I was a server for 13 years, and I used to pride myself on remembering returning guests' orders. I'm not sure if Amanda knows that my mom has Alzheimer's, but my guess is she can tell there's something a little off. What I also appreciate is how nice and patient she is with my mom when she asks her questions; especially when it takes my mom a couple more seconds than usual to answer. I always do the extended surveys online, but I'm not sure if any managers at this location ever tell Amanda that she gets shoutouts. I hope a manager sees this and relays this message to her. Thank you, Amanda, for always being so great to me and my mom, AND tonight with my nephew and his double helping of mac cheese! My mom and I will see you soon, ready for our Diet Cokes, Keep it Simple, and Bacon Cheeseburger on a GF bun. Thank you!!!"

The reception was correct, the top of the container was marked correctly, but the bottom of the container had the wrong objects in it. "Last night to eat with the family. there were five of us. the hostess greets us and says I find one table for them. then she was and the other hostess, one was older and one was younger, both of them went past us two times after the first greeting. they then meet at the Hostess station after we stood there for 8 minutes for them to say the wait for a table will be 45-60 minutes. I'm sorry, no hard feelings and then went on to talk to the next people in the line that had two people. I had to tell her that she was hanged, put me on the waiting list and her answer was, but that was waiting an hour, they really want to wait an hour, I'm not sure who trains these people, obviously who is responsible here, don't know how to run a restaurant or have people trained in simple customer service. I will not be back to this place. a very good staff."

"2 STARS 3. Once a Charm Hindsight is 20/20 I am uncomfortable and in the toilet within an hour of eating a Red Robin Burger. 5 STAAT Excellent customer service. The food tastes good. And the patronage is pleasant. Only the correct amount of employees responsible for the number of customers. The bar section was over 50% full when I left and people patiently waited to sit. I ordered the Guacamole Bacon Burger cooked with a little pink. Although the burger was well made, the beef was not hard. The Freckled Lemonade was sweet and tasty. The accompanying Bottomless Fries were groundless in deed. I didn't have to ask for more, and I didn't finish the original pommes before I brought more pommes. The mousse for the Mud Pie was unexpected and pleasantly firm, not mousse like consistency at all. But with that height, the better likely. I didn't order mine too nice with a simple caramel puzzle. Delicious. The servers that broke out my food and drink were quite different from the 'Serrina' server on my reception. In any case, all employees worked well together. Bravo! I will return and probably not alone. Note: You have table surface devices that allow to demand beverage refills, order food, dessert(s), play games and pay, etc."

"A friend in town took us to dinner, and I suggested we go to Red Robin since I am a Rewards Club member. Being a fan of burnt ends, I opted for the new BBQ Burnt Ends Loaded Fries. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with my order. The server mistakenly brought me a Burnt Ends and Bacon Burger initially, but quickly corrected it. Unfortunately, the loaded fries were disappointing, with limp fries and only a small amount of burnt ends that were no bigger than bacon bits. I regret not keeping the burger instead."
