"it's been a couple of years since we've eaten here...now I remember why! maybe at 8 o'clock. the service was not the largest and the food was at best average. the waitress must have been new. was not very organized. still ordering up after confirming it twice. the refills on the pommes were far too slow. there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I guess I'll wait a few more years to return?."

Poor management. The management here couldn’t run a business to save their lives. One of the managers tapped his fingernails on the table before he walked away. They were dirty you could see the black under them. Makes me wonder if he handles food like that.Server was wonderful as well as the hostess.Management needs a whole new team!

Post pandemic Red Robin is a pretty big let down I must say. We used to love going there, but the removal of menu items along with waiting to be seated when the restaurant is empty is getting old. We have been three times in the past 6 months and have not been happy at all. Still a decent burger, but just not worth the hassle. Head over to Culver’s.
