"So. I love PE, been to this location a handful of times, tried a variety of dishes. I’ve also been to the River City location and out of state locations. This one the staff just seems so hit and miss on if they’re just going to stare at you until YOU initiate the conversation/order, if they’re going to talk at all, or if they’re going to be friendly. This particular visit, the one we were to give our order to didn’t say hi or ask what she could get us, etc. just stared at us or looked around the room. We initiated the conversation, ordered and made our way down. Second person at least asked if there was anything else. Person who did the actual cashing out was helpful, letting us know there were also fountain drinks if we preferred when she saw us grabbing bottled drinks. Our food was alright. My orange chicken, although seemingly fresh as they had literally just replaced the bowl, was rather crunchy and kind of dry. I remember having the same issue with other dishes at this location being crunchy/dry and even sticking to my teeth which was a first time experience for me at any PE.The inside dining is nice though. Pretty clean. Learned some fun facts via the two big TVs on one end scrolling the same info at the same time (seemed odd they’re literally showing the same info at the same time and literally right next to each other on the wall). Not a whole lot else to look at or take in otherwise.Kid friendliness: Just fyi for anyone new to Panda Express or has kids but hasn’t thought about a “kids menu” they don’t have a kids menu really and there aren’t any options for picky kids unless you kid is okay eating plain steamed rice or fried rice (which itself isn’t very flavorful). All the entree options seem to be sauced in some way. Our 9 year old won’t eat anything but rice from here. She won’t touch the spring rolls either."

"I visited Panda Express on February 21, 2022 at the request of my oldest son. I typically park and go inside so that I can see the options and quickly select food items. However, due to being tired and ready to get home, I used the drive-thru. I attempted to place my son's order and the male voice that was taking the order stated, we are out of that after I selected one or two entree items. Next thing I knew, there was a female voice providing a list of all items that were available. I finished up my order and drove up to the pick up window. I inquired with the male about the way he responded while I placed my order. When I received my order, I handed the food items to my sons sitting in the back seat. As I prepared to drive off, a female came to the window and asked me if there was a problem with my order. I responded that there wasn't a problem but that I was giving my sons their food. I asked if this was a problem since there was no one behind me. The female responded, Yes, it is I got upset because at this point no one was behind me and I told the female that no one was behind me so it shouldn't matter. She replied' It does matter then stared at me for a few minutes before walking away as the employees watched in the background. I called the Panda Express number on my receipt and asked for management...guess who I was connected with? The same female that was so rude to me at the drive-thru window. I knew it was her because I recalled her unique accent. I explained my issue and informed her that I would be contacting the corporate headquarter for Panda Express. The manager didn't offer any apology and attempted to justify her actions. Please beware of visiting this location. I have never heard of a drive-thru having an issue with a paying customer checking his/her food and giving food to passengers before driving off. Poor service and management!"
