"The food at this restaurant is delicious, but their service is terrible when it comes to getting orders correct. I have experienced multiple errors with my orders, even after paying for premium items. It is frustrating to have to go through hoops to get the correct entrée that I paid for, and even then, the refund is only given to the exact amount. I had to return to the restaurant twice to finally receive my full order. It seems that many others have had similar experiences based on other reviews."

avoid this disgusting franchise. the management and the property do not care about their customers and treat their employees as mist. Eating can also be mixed. franchise should be revoked. absolute shame.

Normally this is pretty good but this time they forgot the egg rolls and didn't answer the phone, I went on their webpage and sent an email. It took them awhile to credit my card for the egg rolls and bless their tiny little hearts for the inconvenience it caused me. They only refunded the egg rolls!
