"I frequent this location at least once a month with my friend and our kids, just as a place to catch up with each other ofer drinks and good food. Yesterday’s dining experience was subpar. There’s an update to the menu which boasts lots of new options, which unfortunately means that some of the old delicious options are now gone. In addition, both my fish (salmon) and my friend’s fish (rainbow trout) overcooked and under- (if any) seasoned. Quite disappointed with yesterday’s experience. Legals has gotten quite pricey over time but we bite the bullet because it’s typically a great dining experience overall. Hoping this occurrence was a one-off and next time will be better."

"When I came in and sat down, everyone welcomed me loudly and emphatically! it was pretty early! but that was the best I ever had. the delicious complexity of the broth was enough to let me forget everything for a moment. the noodles I ordered them were fresh and had a beautiful texture. when I took a bite of the black bell, it was sweet, a perfect compliment to the salt and umami of the rest of the teller. I even loved it when they attacked me when I left."

"Got the impression this was a small family run business. Service was top knotch, from ordering the food by phone to picking up, very pleased. The pizza we ordered was Fabulous ? and would highly highly recommend checking JB's out. "**Pros:** The portion sizes are massive! I could have easily shared the burrito with my companion, but we ended up ordering three dishes. No worries—we were quite hungry, so we managed to finish everything! While it might seem a bit excessive, the portion sizes made it worthwhile. The grilled oysters were still fantastic! Thankfully, this place was open even though the other restaurant was closed, which was a real lifesaver. **Cons:** The salsa was a bit overwhelming. I’m not sure if it was the tomatoes or just too much lemon juice, but it overshadowed the other flavors and detracted from the burrito a bit. The steak and shrimp dish came with rice—while it was good, it could have used some spices; otherwise, it would have been perfect. Oh, and one more thing: they automatically provide takeout boxes. This seemed wasteful since we intended to eat there. It would be nice if they used reusable utensils instead of contributing to unnecessary waste."

"bathrooms were not cleaned before arrival, müll was never removed, and toilet seats were loose and wobbly. I stayed 45-60 minutes and went back before I left and nothing was changed except that the müll was now on the floors. server were very helpful, however, and eating was good. chips were immediately brought out as soon as we had finished a bowl and refilled on drinks were excellent. I wish I had photos."

"when I said we were going to a place called “The fish Joint”, in a filial in a strip-like, we just say that I was underwhelmed. this is a great example of the expression that does not judge a book with its cover. Although in west broward, quite a species from the sea, this can be very good the best seafood place throughout south Florida. exaggerated? I have eaten in the best of them, and this little one, out of the way, eats them all. the lobsters are to die. they are not dealing with cheap fillers like so many places, it is simply a full of fresh lobster meat, and if they ask for the warm it is complicated with a savory garlic butter sauce. abslutely delicious! their snow crab legs are too perfection spiced and are also mouthwater. the prices of the fish joint are more than fair in view of the high quality and freshness of their ingredients. i highly recommend this place next time when they fish, fish, each fish. they have made a customer for living from me and my family. both indoor and outdoor dining and take-out."

"What a great little place! EuroGyro has pizza, burgers, sandwiches, beers and cocktails. A nice variety of food. My husband and I attended Kent State in 1969 1971 (I went 2 years, he continued and graduated). This is the 3rd time we came back to revisitthose wonderful times, and it was by far the best. The one thing I was determined to do was eat pizza (for several reasons itwas a big part of our time together at Kent). Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find a pizza place on campus that hasdine in, let alone is open before 4:00 pm??! That was the weirdest thing to me. Well after many calls and tries, we were aboutto give up, but I made a last ditch effort and called EuroGyro. Yes, they were open. Yes, they had dine in! And they were onlya couple minutes away. We walked in and ordered the best mushroom, pepperoni, and double cheese pizza I have had in a longtime, and a couple cokes. The pizza came to our table a few short minutes later, hot and steaming. It was heaven. One of thebest pizzas I've had, honestly. The people were friendly, the service was great, and the atmosphere made me feel like I wasback at school dark, with great music, like any good bar. When we visit Kent State again in the future, I'm pretty sure Iknow where we'll eat. Thanks guys!"

"What can I say about Joey D’s would not sound like I had an investment in the place. The owners are the best guys ever. If something is not righf, do not say it first to others, tell them they will do it then and there. Ask Tommy, Bobby and the manager. The food starting with the appetizers of Mac and Cheese Biss you have to order more, they are discarded. The beer is ice-cold and drinks are diverse. The pizza, my favorite is Joey D’s favorite, is as good my mouth is water as I write it. The Chicago Dogs and Italian Beef will think you are in town and pasta as in your mom's kitchen as long as your mother came from Italy. Make your taste buds a favor tonight and visit one of 4 Joey D sites and tell them Jake of The Florida Blues Brothers sent me. I'll meet you there."

"So I've eaten here 4 times. I really like their pizza. It's really really good pizza. However the customer service is as bad as the pizza is good. I've gone in to pick up twice, both times an older woman at the counter did all that she could to make me feel unwelcome while I waited in the lobby. So I chose delivery the other two times and was sure to tip the delivery girl 30% for her trouble. I've never had the pizza warm cause they take over an hour to deliver. They often lie about delivery times on the website and arbitrarily refuse to deliver even when it says delivery is available. I have mobility issues so I appreciate it when they do deliver and try to tip generously but I am sad to say their service and unprovoked hostility make it difficult to put up with. I won't recommend to anyone, or order again after this. I work customer service too, and I am empathetic to the struggles. However at some point enough becomes enough and I am no longer willing to excuse things. I hope they change and learn to treat customers like less of a burden for wanting to try their pizza. It makes me sad yo leave a bad review cause again the pizza is quite good."

"Small, quiet atmosphere with beautiful decor welcomes visitors. The staff is friendly and warm for customers, the evening on the right path. The menu on their website has false prices, but also the new prices are good for what you get. The Chicken Frances was excellent. The side of the angel hair pasta with baked and perfectly garden chicken breast fell apart on touch. In combination with the sauce, the meal was excellent and worth a return. The Chicken Parmesan was also perfect with a sweet red sauce and a side of linguini Alfredo, which had the most creamy sauce I had with noodles. Also the sweet red sauce on spaghetti and meatballs was perfect. It was not thin and runny like most places not it was burned pieces of ashes I saw elsewhere. Everything outside the Zeasar Salat Dressing was excellent. The restaurant was clean, but needed some hp with upholstery and the bathroom should have gloves and disinfectants for everyone who trust, enough or desperate enough to go to the bathroom. Seriously, it's bad. Otherwise, the food and the price are ideal for quality and service. One of the best Italian restaurants in Jacksonville."

"The waitress disappeared never came back to see if we wanted something else. She then showed up with the bill.we ordered lunch for $12.00 per person providing we order an alcoholic beverage from the menu, I don’t drink beer so I ordered a wine, Happy Hour is Mon-Fri noon till 6pm so because I ordered 12.00 lunch they wouldn’t honor Happy Hour wine price so the wine $14.00 was more than my salad lunch of 12.00 they totally ripped us off. I don’t recommend this place unless your drunk Luke bar food."

"bundok came high and the menu prices increased the expectations even further. my man and I enjoy high-end food experiences at home and away, so we have a fair idea of value for quality. the quality is mediocre [for higher eating,] the worth. is absent. we had the steaktar (a lot better sorts they find elsewhere in the city;) we found the sauce excessive and the taste of the flesh was buried. next was the pommes dauphine, the disappointing blanden, also with the rich sauce they were served. the top sirloin was the next and it was quite decent, but again it is better to find, especially at the price point bundok sits on the last 3 pieces meat were totally fat and unusable. Finally, the broccoli, the actually quite daring tasty and the parmesan suppe, which was also quite beautiful, although we were calculated extra (without warning) for it in two dishes, despite the waitress itself, this offers as convenientness (so the entire menu is family style for the exchange.) explain this. the big problem that the night completely ruined came when we tried to order cakes 1 hour and 45 minutes in our sitting places and said we had to move to dessert in the bar, as our table was reserved for 20:15 (we had a reservation for 18:30) we never had to learn that we were asked to leave our table and its surely unexpected when we were still eating less than 2 hours. we spent $178 on eating and drinking and were asked to clean our table 1 hour and 45 minutes after sitting. unreal! the server did not try to ensure that we have finished eating within their prescribed limit and did not notify us that they had a deadline. also the cocktails are expensive for nothing spectacular and always arrived (we have ordered two different types each.) this is a restaurant where we will not be back and we would recommend to avoid. it costs as a high end, but eating does not measure to the price point and the service is on the slow and uninformed side. the question of leaving our table 1h 45m is a first and, as mentioned, we often eat out. our visit to this restaurant marks the first time that we do not type and the first time that we have ever called to complain to the administration (which ultimately left us with each has an abandoned night and they would pass on our comments to the owners.) cordial gratitude, bundok, to these two unfortunate meilensteinen! this review was initially rejected as tripadvisor's policy, so it had to be released again. we have 8 feb 2020 dinated and the review was written on this day. now his month later, everyone I told this story is appalled and no one has such an experience in a restaurant. it was insulting to give up a table for another party."

"Massies has been around for over 50 years recently bought out probably three or four years ago they've totally redone the restaurant and both bars. Food taste just the same high-quality delicious you do have to pay for garlic bread now five bucks but well worth the price. This is such a nice place to go reasonably affordable. They have great draft beers as well as the standards. Staff is wonderful, food is incredible and portions are very large. Give it a shot. You will not be disappointed Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
