"I was reading some of the previous reviews and wanted to clear up some facts. First off Roland's had been in its current building which used to be a VFW club, for at least 15 years. They are family run business that focuses on quality and quantity. If you are looking for a quick dinner, this is not the place for you. We go here every other month or so for dinner sometimes just the 2 of us sometimes with a group and every time it is on a Saturday for the prime rib. We always call ahead and ask them to hold us as many as we need. This is the only day they make it and it is second to none in Pittsburgh. First off, the prime rib is enough to last one person 3 meals. It is roughly 3 to 4 inches thick and 5 by 9 inches and is cooked on the bone. It includes a soup or salad a veggie and a side starch for $30.00. Roland, Cheryl, Vincent, and Michael are all great. To really tell you how great this place is. We have been there twice since Feb. Both times at 5 pm and both times they were turning people away that did not have reservations. The back room easily seats 100 people. One of the best kept secrets in Washington, Pittsburgh, and on urbanspoon."
